We prioritise health and wellness, instilling good habits from a young age. Our breakfast options are not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients, setting the foundation for a lifetime of healthy choices.

Fun & Games
Balancing Fun and Learning:
We understand the importance of striking the perfect balance between study and play. That’s why we’ve created a dedicated games room, packed with fun activities to help children relax and recharge.
Our games room features a professional pool table, table football, gaming consoles, and a variety of board games suitable for all ages. While games are undeniably fun, they also offer significant learning benefits. From developing problem-solving skills to improving social interaction, our games room is more than just a place to unwind; it’s a learning environment in disguise.
Games Teach

Arts & Crafts
- Listening skills – In order to know how the game is played children need to be able to follow the rules, they need to listen when they are explained
- Verbal skills– It is hard to play a game without talking and interacting with others (especially in the case of a child)
- Math skills–Counting how many spaces to move forward or backwards
- Social skills– Children learn to take turns and wait patiently until their turn. Being a part of a group helps in their social development. They learn to compromise “okay this time you can have the red piece, but next time I will.” Games can also serve as a bonding activity.
- Being a good sport– How to be supportive of other players and accept losses gracefully.
- Reading–Some games have words that children must read and understand.
- Fine and gross motor skills– Games have small pieces that children must manipulate
We encourage all our children to explore their creative flair and use their imagination in these types of activities. We want every child to have fun, express themself, work as a team and be supportive to one another in these creative activities. We have staff that are experienced in delivering great activities for all ages to enjoy.
We provide the children with a wide range of arts and crafts materials and resources for children to get creative. The children really enjoy making things and making use of the resources and equipment we make available. Our activities include drawing, painting, colouring, spray painting, sketching, collage, sculpting, junk modelling and clay modelling.

Trips & Outings
Children really look forward to and enjoy the opportunity to go on outings. We organise regular trips for the children in our care. The trips organised include visits to local parks, libraries, museums, play centres, zoos and nature reserves and also historical places of importance both within our local area and further afield. Don’t worry parents, we also arrange trips annually to beaches, theme parks and activity parks for families to join us on.
Wherever possible and of course weather permitting we encourage walking to local trips as we see this as a way of physical development for the children.
We aim to have at least one outing every week during the school holidays to reward the children for all their hard work through the year.
Children access these trips via walking, taxi’s, public transport or private hired coaches.
Parents and carers are required to sign our consent forms on registration in order to allow their child to be taken out of the building. On each trip we:
- Carry out risk assessments for all trips
- Give parents and carer prior notice about outings as soon as possible
- Take all children’s emergency contact details and relevant medical information
- Have a contactable mobile phone and travel with first aid kits on all trips
- Have a minimum of two staff members accompanying up to eight children, this is depending on the trip and the ages of children on that day
